And here’s a handy-dandy Flippers Template

How long does it take plaster to dry?

If it’s sunny outside, a couple of hours should do the trick. Make sure to flip and rotate pieces every once in a while. If you leave your pieces inside, it can take around 24 hours to dry thoroughly.

Can I paint wet plaster?

No. Wait until the plaster is completely dry to paint unless you want a completely chaotic creation.

Do I need to plaster all of the pieces?

No! We highly recommend plastering all recycled plastic foam pieces, but wooden pieces do not need to be plastered if you don’t want to. Wooden pieces may take 2–3 coats of paint to cover fully.

Does the paint stain clothing?

Dress for a mess! All of our paint is non-toxic water-based paint, but it is high-pigment and can stain clothing. Always protect your work surface, too!

What happens if I make a plaster disaster?

Use a damp cloth to wipe up any plaster mess before it dries and hardens.

What do I do with my plaster water?

Do NOT put your plaster water down the drain. Please don’t do it! Pour it in the trash, and be sure to recycle your plaster cup!
