Are these paint pens safe for kids?

Yes, our paint pens are non-toxic and safe for children. However, they should be used under adult supervision to prevent ingestion and misuse.

Can I use these paint pens on all surfaces?

Our paint pens work well on a variety of surfaces including paper, canvas, and wood. For best results, test on a small area first if you’re unsure.

Do the paint pens need to be shaken before use?

Yes, it’s a good idea to shake the pens before use to ensure the paint is well-mixed and flows smoothly

Shipping Details

We aim to ship orders out within 1-2 business days, but as a small business it may take longer during our busy times. You’ll get an email with the tracking number as soon as your order is processed and shipped, and from there it typically takes 2-5 business days for your order to arrive.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are based on location and the type of kit that you purchase, so they can vary. You can estimate your shipping rate in the checkout process without having to make a purchase.

At the moment, unfortunately we can’t offer delivery overseas from the US. 

Return Policy

If you would like to return an order, please contact us at us at hello@tangerineartkits.com and we will talk you through the process. It’s simple and easy!

Please Do NOT send any kits back to the registered address without contacting us or we will be unable to process your return. We want to make sure you get your money back! Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. My kit is damaged, missing items, or didn’t show up. What should I do?
We strive to get your order right every time but sometimes we make mistakes. If your order contains damaged items, missing items, or the order didn’t show up, we’re here to help! Please contact us at hello@tangerineartkits.com with your order number and a picture of the damaged item (if applicable).
